如下圖所示
主角需要背對著其他人
可蒙上眼睛、或是單純把眼睛閉上就好
根據遊戲刺激度和可接受程度
主角可以站在原地、椅子上或甚至桌上
準備好後就往後倒
相信站在身後的夥伴們會把你接住
在USA Today的訪談中

記得高中的時候
體育老師就帶我們玩過這個信任遊戲
那時候老師要我們都到操場去
每個人輪流站在桌子上，蒙上眼睛
大家數到三的時候就往後倒
那種不知道同學會不會真的把我接住
還有在空中滯留那段不斷向後倒的那幾秒
